Moyo Adeolu is a passionate visual storyteller and full-time Host at Axios Chicago. 

Throughout her education and career, Moyo has gained extensive hands-on experience in digital reporting and  content creation.  Moyo creates original and engaging stories for online news platforms that focus on public affairs, entertainment, lifestyle,  and breaking news.

After enhancing her journalism education by studying overseas and attending IHECS Journalism & Communication Academy in Brussels, Belgium, Moyo returned to the U.S.  to complete her bachelor's in Communications from the University of Illinois-Springfield.  Eager to advance her career she completed a masters in Public Affairs Reporting from her Alma mater in 2021. Prior to  obtaining her masters, she served as a videographer and correspondent for the Illinois State Senate, where she produced original content that covered Illinois state government. Her role required her to work alongside lawmakers, legislators  to  capture video content. Since then Moyo has relocated to New York to continue her career in journalism. 

Today, Moyo also hosts a digital series "Making It With Moyo" where she interviews  entreperuners. 

Moyo is a first generation, Nigerian-American born. In addition to her passion for media she prizes physical health and wellness. She has competed in pageants such as Miss teen and Miss Illinois USA.  Moyo launched her digital show, 'Making It With Moyo'  which highlights entrepreneurs and stories of those who work to advance  everyday success.  When she is not covering news stories, she often finds herself traveling abroad.
